01. Applied Accessibility Standards
This Site has been designed and developed in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA, established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The implemented success criteria include, but are not limited to:
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background (minimum ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text).
- Navigation fully operable via keyboard, without relying exclusively on a mouse.
- Appropriate semantic labels and a clear, hierarchical heading structure.
- Descriptive alternative text for all informative images and graphics.
- Compatibility with major screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) and other assistive technologies.
- Captions or transcripts for multimedia content, when present.
- Identification and correction of form errors, with clear help messages.
02. Compliance and Continuous Monitoring Measures
To ensure the maintenance of the accessibility level, we carry out:
- Periodic accessibility audits, combining automated evaluation tools and manual review by internal and external experts.
- Early integration of accessibility (shift-left): we incorporate accessibility requirements from the design and development phase of every new digital component, rather than correcting issues afterward.
- Open feedback channel: we encourage users to report any accessibility barriers they encounter, so that we can resolve them as a priority.
03. Supported Technologies
The Site is compatible with major web browsers in their current versions and with the most common assistive technologies. If a user experiences access difficulties due to their specific hardware or software configuration, we urge them to inform us so that we can seek a personalized solution.
04. Request for Reasonable Accommodations
If you need additional assistance to access any content or functionality of the Site, or wish to request information in an alternative format (such as an accessible PDF document, enlarged text, or a braille version), you may contact our Accessibility Coordinator. All requests will be evaluated and responded to within a maximum of five (5) business days.
